This renovation was planned around creating a home that feels visually calm, practical, and comfortable to live in daily. Every cabinetry line, lighting detail, and material tone was coordinated carefully to maintain warmth without overwhelming the space.
Anggun Lumayan @ KL is a modern condominium renovation designed around simplicity, warmth, and practical everyday living. The project combines full-height custom carpentry, concealed lighting integration, and clean architectural detailing to create a calm and visually balanced residential environment. The renovation focused heavily on achieving a softer and cleaner spatial experience through minimal lines, warm indirect lighting, and carefully coordinated cabinetry proportions. The kitchen area features integrated storage solutions, terrazzo-inspired solid surfaces, concealed under-cabinet lighting, and dark wood textures to create contrast while maintaining warmth. Across the bedrooms and living spaces, built-in wardrobes, floating cabinetry, concealed LED strips, and warm timber finishes were used to maximise functionality without creating visual clutter. Electrical coordination and lighting placement were planned together with carpentry works to maintain clean alignment throughout the unit. The final result is a refined contemporary home that feels warm, organised, and comfortable for day-to-day living.
The intention was to keep the space visually quiet and easy to live in — warm lighting, clean cabinetry lines, and practical storage without unnecessary complexity.
