Designed for Warmth and Practical Living
This Sempurna Height residence was renovated with one clear intention: to create a home that balances modern contemporary design with everyday comfort. Rather than treating each trade separately, lighting, electrical, ceiling, and carpentry were planned and sequenced together. The result is a space where every cabinet, switch, light, and finish feels intentionally placed and effortlessly cohesive.
Springvales @ Sempurna Height is a contemporary residential renovation designed around warmth, functionality, and clean architectural detailing. The project brings together custom-built carpentry, integrated lighting, and a cohesive neutral material palette to create a home that feels both refined and comfortably livable. The design direction balances modern minimalism with warm residential comfort. Soft neutral wall tones, warm timber cabinetry, and layered ambient lighting create a home that feels calm during the day and intimate in the evening. Every lighting circuit, socket position, and cabinetry dimension was planned together so that no detail feels like an afterthought. Custom built-in carpentry runs throughout the home — from the living area TV feature wall and display cabinetry to the kitchen, wardrobe systems, and entrance storage. Concealed LED strip lighting is integrated into cabinetry alcoves and display shelves, washing surfaces with a soft indirect glow. The material palette favours matte finishes, warm timber textures, and understated neutral tones that let the lighting do the work of defining the space. The kitchen features full-height cabinetry with integrated handles, marble-inspired surfaces, and concealed under-cabinet lighting. The living area is anchored by a large TV feature wall with minimalist aesthetics and clean visual lines. Full-height wardrobes in the bedroom maximise storage while maintaining a seamless, handleless appearance. The entrance area features a custom-built cabinet that sets the tone for the home the moment the door opens.
The design prioritised warmth and cohesion over decoration. Warm timber tones, integrated LED lighting, and a restrained neutral palette create a space that feels premium without feeling styled. Every cabinet was measured and fitted after walls were confirmed true, and every light was positioned with the cabinetry in mind.

The main living space combines soft recessed downlights with a full-height TV feature wall in warm neutral tones. Clean visual lines and minimalist aesthetics define the space, while concealed storage keeps the area uncluttered and breathable. Warm indirect cove lighting washes the ceiling plane, adding depth without drawing attention to the light source itself.
The kitchen was designed with practicality in mind — full-height cabinets maximise storage, integrated handles maintain clean lines, and concealed LED strips illuminate the worktop. Warm timber lower cabinetry contrasts with lighter upper cabinets for a balanced, modern composition.
The bedroom wardrobe was built floor-to-ceiling after walls were levelled. Seamless panel design and handleless doors create an architectural appearance while maximising internal storage capacity. Consistent grain direction and soft-close hinges complete the refined finish.

Electrical Rough-In & Concealed Wiring
Ran concealed conduits, positioned all sockets and switches against confirmed cabinetry drawings, upgraded distribution board for modern appliance loads.
Custom Carpentry Fabrication & Installation
Fabricated and installed kitchen cabinetry, living area TV feature wall, display cabinet, bedroom wardrobes, and entrance storage. All pieces measured after walls were confirmed true and wiring was closed.
Lighting Installation & Scene Tuning
Fitted recessed downlights, cove LED strips, under-cabinet lighting, and display shelf accents. Walked through each zone at dusk to balance dimming levels and final ambience.
